localization
Localization is a very broad term and includes all the steps necessary to adapt a text to a specific local market. Here, not only the language has to be adapted to the target market, but also data, currencies, colors, and videos have to be translated and subtitled, and even images and designs are adapted to different target markets and the culture of the country in question. So, the goal of a localized translation is to communicate like a native company.
